  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Do your items shipping from a smoke/pet-free home?

    You can be happy to know that anything you purchase is coming from a smoke-free home. This is not a pet-free home, and I have both cats and dogs.I do my best to keep my pets out of my craft supplies, but their hair tends to make its way into things my pets haven't even touched.

  • I like ____, but I was wondering if you could make it in a different color?

    Yes! Just send me a message to let me know what you're looking for. I'm always open to making changes. Please understand that if you want an item that's slightly different from what I already have available, it will take one to two weeks to have that item custom made.

  • I was wondering if you could make ____?

    Most of the time, the answer to this is yes! I do take commissions as well, in case the item you want is a bit more personalized. Starting prices for my beanies are $20, or $25 if you want a custom brim or a brim with earflaps.
